A native of Cameroon, Dr. Kenta-Bibi was in rural practice prior to immigrating to the United States. After earning a Masters Degree in Public Health he worked as a Public Health Director before completing his residency training at Middlesex Hospital, where he was our first graduate of our four year curriculum. Dr. Kenta-Bibi holds an appointment as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Connecticut. He brings energy and a community and public health focus to our program, along with substantial passion and experience in maternal-child health. Dr. Kenta-Bibi leads all new resident orientation activities.
