A native of Connecticut, Dr. Kramer completed his residency training here at Middlesex Hospital in 2001. After a year “in the trenches” in a busy private practice in Ridgefield, Connecticut, he rejoined our program as a Clinical Director in the East Hampton office.  Dr. Kramer’s special interests include patient education, obstetrics, medical informatics, and the incorporation of evidence-based medicine into clinical practice.  Dr. Kramer plays a major role in our health system leading the integration of electronic health records into clinical care.  Dr. Kramer holds appointments as Assistant Professor at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and as a Clinical Instructor at Yale University School of Medicine.
