Our major academic affiliation is with the University of Connecticut School of Medicine, the Middlesex residency program is a site for Connecticut's third-year family medicine clerkship and its fourth-year family medicine subinternship. Middlesex faculty are actively involved in teaching at the medical school, which is only a twenty minute drive from Middletown.
Yale University
Our faculty hold University Appointments at Yale. We serve as a site for Yale University School of Medicine's fourth-year Primary Care clerkship. In fact, we are the top-rated site in what is considered the top-rated clerkship at Yale.

We are a site for Boston University School of Medicine's family medicine clerkship.
