A native of New York City, Dr. Cha participated in our Global and Community Health track to prepare for a career serving the underserved. She provided international medical care in both the Dominican Republic and Rwanda, and she worked closely with several local community organizations. After graduation she entered practice at a Community Health Center in Connecticut.
